This page sets out the conditions that apply to discounts, codes, and offers on this site. It applies in addition to our Terms and Conditions. All amounts are in United States dollars (USD).

1. General conditions

Discounts apply to product value only. They do not apply to shipping, to tax, or to an Inner Circle membership fee. A discount is applied at checkout before payment, so the amount you are charged is always the amount shown at the point you confirm the order. Offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and a change does not affect an order already placed.

2. Using codes together

At most one standard code and one seasonal sale code may be used on the same order. Two standard codes cannot be combined. Where a code and an account-level price both apply, the account price is applied first and the code is applied to the result.

3. Seasonal and time-limited codes

Seasonal codes carry a stated expiry date and stop working at that date and time. The expiry shown with the code governs.

4. Account and welcome offers

A welcome offer is granted once per email address and does not renew if the account is deleted and recreated. It is granted to the address that received it and is not transferable.

5. Rewards points

Points are earned on product value only, and are not earned on shipping, tax, or a membership fee. Points redeemed for a code reduce the order value at checkout. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Inner Circle members

Inner Circle member pricing already reflects the member rate, so most standard codes do not apply on top of it. Rewards redemptions, codes we issue to you directly after a failed payment, and any code that states it applies alongside membership continue to work.
