What does “Research Use Only” mean for these compounds?
Research Use Only (RUO) means the compounds are supplied for in vitro and pre-clinical research conducted in a laboratory setting by qualified personnel. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, food applications, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic purpose. The classification is regulatory and absolute — it isn’t a workaround.
How are your Certificates of Analysis verified?
Every batch is sent to an independent analytical laboratory before it leaves our facility. The lab performs reversed-phase HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. The full report — including the lab’s signature and analytical notes — is published as the public COA and linked to every order from that batch.
How should compounds be stored before reconstitution?
Lyophilized peptides are stable for extended periods at -20°C. Short-term storage at 2–8°C is acceptable for compounds in active research use. Specific stability data is published on each batch’s COA. We do not advise on reconstitution methodology — refer to peer-reviewed protocols in the published literature.
What is your shipping turnaround and what carriers do you use?
Orders placed before 1pm Pacific ship the same business day from our California facility. We use UPS and USPS Priority for domestic shipments, with discreet packaging standard on every order. Tracking is sent automatically when the label is generated.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Customs requirements for research compounds vary widely by jurisdiction, and we do not currently maintain the regulatory documentation required for cross-border research material shipments. We may revisit this once the appropriate framework is in place.
What is your refund and reshipment policy?
All sales are final. We will reship at no cost if a product arrives damaged in transit, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened product for any other reason.
