This page explains how payment information is processed when you place an order with Pur Path Project LLC.

1. Where your payment details are entered

Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure surface, not on this website. When you pay, you are handed to the provider to authorise the payment and returned here afterwards. Pur Path Project does not receive, process, or store your card number, bank login, or account credentials at any point.

2. Who processes payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers who are responsible for securing the payment data you give them. Each provider maintains its own security programme and publishes its own privacy and security terms. We are shown only the result of a payment attempt, together with the last digits and card or bank brand where the provider chooses to return them, so that we can reconcile your order and support you if something goes wrong.

3. Transport security

Every page on this site is served over HTTPS, and the connection is encrypted in transit. Requests to our own servers are made over the same encrypted connection.

4. Store credit

Where a balance is held on your account as store credit, it is a record of value against your account only. It is not a stored payment instrument and carries no card or bank details.

5. What we retain

We retain the order record, the amount, the currency, the provider’s reference for the payment, and the status the provider returned. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the same provider. The personal data attached to your account is covered by our Privacy Policy.

6. Reporting a problem

If you believe a payment on your account was not authorised by you, contact us at [email protected] or (844) 787-4255 and contact your bank or card issuer. All prices and payments on this site are in United States dollars (USD).
