cookie policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026  ·  Last Updated: August 20, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Pur Path Project LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on purpathproject.com (the “Site”), and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We use these technologies only for our own purposes, keeping the Site working, understanding and improving how it is used, and (where you have opted in) following up with you by email or text and measuring our advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money, and the information our analytics and advertising tools receive never includes the specific compound or product you viewed or purchased.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as your login and cart) and help the site owner understand how the site is used. “Similar technologies” include browser local storage and pixels that work in a comparable way.

The categories we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the Site to work; these cannot be switched off. They support your login session, your shopping cart and checkout, security, remembering that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and remembering your cookie choices.

  • WooCommerce, cart, checkout, and session (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*).
  • Account & security, login/session and security cookies.
  • Your preferences, your saved consent choices (ppp_consent) and your age confirmation.

Analytics (only with your consent)

Help us understand how the Site is used so we can fix problems and improve it. We also record how you first found us so we can spend our marketing budget wisely; this is for our own analysis only and is never sold or used to pay any third party.

  • Google Analytics (GA4), aggregate usage measurement (for example _ga, _ga_*).
  • PostHog, product analytics and, for troubleshooting, session replay. Input fields are masked, and we do not record sessions on checkout, account, or certificate-of-analysis pages (for example a ph_* cookie).
  • First-touch attribution, remembers the referral or campaign that brought you to the Site (ppp_attr).

Marketing & advertising (only with your consent)

Let us follow up with customers who have opted in, and measure our advertising. We run our advertising tools in a minimized, limited-data mode, and the data they receive never identifies the specific compound or product.

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, advertising measurement and, where advertising is enabled, relevant ads (for example _fbp, _fbc).
  • TikTok pixel, the same purposes, where enabled.

Your choices

When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject the non-essential categories (analytics and marketing), and nothing in those categories loads until you consent. You can change your choice at any time using the consent-management link in the footer. We also honor browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC); when GPC is present, we treat it as an opt-out of the marketing/advertising category. California residents may also use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer. You can additionally block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though the strictly-necessary cookies are required for the Site (including login and checkout) to work.

Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy as our technologies change; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Questions? Contact us at [email protected] or (844) 787-4255. For more detail on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
