Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes our shipping methods, processing times, restrictions, and procedures. By placing an order with pur path project, you agree to this Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions by reference.

1. Shipping Origin and Carriers

All orders are shipped from our temperature-controlled fulfillment facility within the United States. Domestic orders ship via FedEx. International orders, where available, ship via FedEx International or GlobalPost (DDP — duties and taxes prepaid at checkout).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders received after the cutoff, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

If processing is delayed for any reason (verification, stock check, etc.), we will notify you by email within 24 hours of order placement.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

  • FedEx 2-Day (Domestic Standard) — about 2 business days from ship date. Calculated at checkout; free on U.S. orders of $250 or more.
  • FedEx Overnight (Domestic Express) — about 1 business day from ship date. Calculated at checkout.
  • GlobalPost / FedEx International — about 5–14 business days from ship date. Calculated at checkout.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or force majeure are outside our control.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email, and you can view tracking in your account dashboard under Orders. If your tracking is not updating or your package appears stalled, contact [email protected] and we will investigate.

5. United States Shipping Restrictions

5.1 Restricted States

We currently do not ship to certain U.S. states or territories due to state-level regulatory scrutiny or restrictions. The current list is:

  • Florida — pending review of state-specific peptide and compounded-substance regulations
  • Idaho — pending review of state-specific peptide and compounded-substance regulations

This list is reviewed quarterly and may change as state law changes. Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will be canceled at order review and issued store credit.

5.2 Per-Order Right to Restrict

We reserve the right to refuse any individual order at our sole discretion, including for reasons related to verification, compliance, or fraud screening. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

5.3 Military Mailing Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We do not currently ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We are evaluating this capability for a future release.

6. International Shipping

International shipping is available for select countries only, and only after manual review at order time. Approved destinations are reviewed quarterly.

6.1 Current Approved Destinations (provisional)

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Most EU member states (case-by-case verification of import rules)

If you are ordering from a country not listed, contact [email protected] before ordering so we can verify whether we can ship to your destination.

6.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped via GlobalPost DDP, duties and taxes are collected at checkout and prepaid — no surprise fees on delivery. For orders shipped via FedEx International, duties and taxes may be assessed by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6.3 Compliance with Destination Country Law

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that import and possession of research peptides is permitted in the destination country. We do not ship where importation is restricted or prohibited. If a package is detained or seized by destination customs, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you notice an error, contact [email protected] immediately (within one hour of order placement); changes after fulfillment has begun are not possible. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you are responsible for re-shipping fees if you wish the order to be re-attempted.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

8.1 Reporting

If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, notify [email protected] within seven (7) days of the original (or expected) delivery date, including your order number, a description of the issue, photo documentation for damage claims, and any carrier communication or police report number for lost/stolen claims.

8.2 Without Package Protection

Without Package Protection, the only remedy for a shipping issue is for products damaged in transit, per our Refund Policy (visible damage on delivery, reported within 7 days with photos; remedy is replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion). Lost packages (tracking shows non-delivery) and stolen packages (delivered but missing) are not covered without Package Protection. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (Section 9).

8.3 Package Protection (Recommended)

Optional Package Protection is available at checkout for a small fee and is administered by a third-party service. It covers confirmed lost packages, confirmed stolen packages (with a police report number), and packages damaged in transit (with photo documentation). It does not cover buyer’s remorse, reconstitution/research errors, damage after delivery, or an inaccurate shipping address. Coverage is governed by the provider’s terms.

9. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our fulfillment facility. We are not liable for damage, loss, or other issues that occur after the package leaves our facility, except as covered by Package Protection (if purchased).

10. Holiday and Severe-Weather Schedule

Processing may be delayed during U.S. federal holidays and severe-weather events. We communicate expected delays by email and on-site notice.
