This Privacy Policy explains how Three Peas in a Pod LLC, doing business as pur path project (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use purpathproject.com (the “Site”). The Site sells laboratory research compounds on a strictly Research Use Only (RUO) basis. Products are not for human or veterinary use.
Information we collect
- Account information — email address, password (stored hashed), and any name you provide.
- Age & eligibility data — your date of birth and a 21+/research-use acknowledgment. To enforce our age and eligibility requirements, each time you verify your age (when you create an account and when you place an order) we record the date of birth you provide, the resulting age, your IP address, browser user-agent, and a timestamp, as a compliance record.
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics, including approximate location (country/region) derived from your IP.
- Marketing attribution — where you arrived from (referrer and campaign/UTM parameters) and how you registered (email or Google), stored with your account.
- Order & transaction data — items ordered, order totals, shipping address, and order history.

Use of artificial intelligence
We use third-party artificial intelligence tools to support routine administrative and operational business functions — including aspects of website development, customer communications, and marketing content such as email and social media. These tools assist our team in creating and managing content and day-to-day operations. We do not use artificial intelligence to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models.
